DSP Sewage Pump

1. This Motor design similar as Tsuzumi, it is for preventing motor water leaking and lightening the weight, the balanced central line design in motor and the motor body is integrated design, which brings the pump a long running life.

SDP & SS

1. All the parts contacted with water made by rustless material, it is very suitable for clean water demanding environment.
2. Double internal shell design, outlet is just on the top, so that all the water will pass though the motor shell before they were pumped out and cool the motor body temperature down, it can extend the motor running life.
3. Because of the same reason above, so this pump can be used in low water level, the pump body can be openly exposed above the water level until the strainer height.
4. This pump’s equipped double protection in motor (it also has overload protector and overheat protector set up in 110C), traditionally it’s only equipped overheat protector, so when the typical design pumps blocked or damaged by debris or power supply problem which will burn out the motor, ours will last, because it’s also equipped with overload protector, so it will not have this problem.

1.       The product is designed by self priming conception, so that self suction ability is very strong.

2.       It has the special design to keep the residue water permanently, so that it can protect the mechanical seal running in dry, meanwhile it can also prevent the distortion of impeller and diffuser caused by running in dry, that is why this product impeller and diffuser are designed by engineer heat resistant & wear resisting design.

3.       Impeller & Diffuser material are from USA G.E., their heat resistant & wear resisting engineer plastic.

4.       Traditional CH (multistage pumps) design, it is only suitable for providing pressure to pipe (because the inlet is in the middle, so that it can not keep enough residue water, it can also cause a big problem if the motor is idle running in dry, but our MT series, it can exclude those defects, and also our MT series are also suitable for provide pipe pressure and well water pump required environment.

5.       It is water proof, IP 54(it can resist the water from the rain, quiet, high efficiency (each impeller has 12 meters head); the motor is designed in B class, all material can resist the temperature more than 120 C.

PRODUCT FEATURE:

1.       The impeller is made in stainless steel, it can largely improve the distort problem caused by using the plastic impeller and plastic diffuser from traditional pump.

2.       The thickness of Pump Casing and stainless steel is much thicker than most of other manufacturers (ours is 1.2 mm, other factories are 0.8 or 1mm) so that our product can run more quietly.

3.       All the parts touched with water are made in non-toxic stainless steel and strengthen engineer plastic; it can assure the hygiene of drinking water.

4.       Pump Volume design, it is easy to reach vacuum state, so our pump suction is better than other brands, it can have a quick self priming.
